SCONES:  You can't compare this moist and delicious scone to what you think you know.  Even Buddy Valastro gave it a 9 out of 10 on our episode of Bakery Boss on TLC.

Kolachky: Traditional Nut, Raspberry walnut, apricot, lekvar (prune), cheese, raspberry
Pies: Apple, Cherry, Blueberry,  Pumpkin,  Coconut Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter

Italian Wedding Cookie: An almond cookie with a lemon icing.

Crumb Cake:  Apple, Orange Cranberry, Blueberry

Half Moon:  A large soft chocolate cookie iced with chocolate and vanilla confectioner's icing and drizzled with ganache

Eclair:  Filled with Bavarian cream and covered in ganache

Cannoli:  We use the best Impastata Ricotta to create our filling that is not overly sweet

Chocolate Crinkles: A soft, dark chocolate cookie rolled in powdered sugar then baked to perfection

Biscotti:  We offer different varieties based on what the baker chooses.  Try something different.

Elephant Ears:  We offer two varieties of these light and flaky pastries.  One is made with cinnamon and sugar and is very large and the other is more of a palm leaf style and is glazed.

Brownie:  We have two brownies always available.  The Never Too Much Chocolate Brownie is a thick fudgy brownie with chocolate icing, chocolate shavings and drizzled with chocolate ganache.  The other is a Zebra Brownie; same brownie but iced with vanilla icing and drizzled with chocolate ganache to mimic the zebra stripes.

Jumbo Cookies:  We always try to have our huge chocolate chip cookies on hand.  We also offer up one of our customer favorites as well.  Our Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Cranberry or Grandma Vandermark's Famous Molasses. -- Made famous on our Bakery Boss episode.
